Problem solving

CemANT is a hardware–software system for automated construction, using multiple lightweight “cement ant” 3D printers that can operate on foundations or floor slabs to build walls. A central control system coordinates the units and redistributes tasks if one fails.

Value

  • Construction Speed. Building the structural shell is 3–5 times faster compared to traditional methods
  • Cost. Budget savings of 20–30% through process optimization
  • Labor Load.  Automation reduces the physical workload on personnel
  • Precision. Component dosing accuracy within 0.1% with no voids, delamination, or human error
  • Infrastructure Independence. Mobile 3D printers operate without gantries, cranes, or concrete pumps — especially valuable in urban environments

Achievements

  • 5 million rubles grant from the Innovation Development Fund
  • The winner of the BRICS Solutions Awards 2025
  • The member of the Moscow Innovation Cluster
  • The winner of the Entrepreneur of the Year — 2024 competition
